He was predeceased by: his brother Tom Poskonka (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Sally Poskonka (Derbeck); his daughters, Kristin Hensler (Michael) of Cleves, OH and Kari Wolfe of St. Augustine, FL.; his grandchildren, Madelyn Hensler, Jackson and Sam Wolfe; and his siblings, Joe Poskonka (Kathy), Rosemary Galdys (Ken), Ray Poskonka (Sherri Ahrens), Ruth Gwynne (Dennis) and Kathy. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
