He was predeceased by: his wife Joanna Keane Mondae; his stepson Fredrick Bay Neal, III; and his parents, Carolina Mizerski and Sigmund Mizerski. He is survived by: his daughters, Lara Mondae of Chicago and Amber Bozman; his husband Chad; his son Aiden of Portland; his stepdaughter Sara Brazda (Christopher); his daughter Keane of Boston; his stepson Carter Brereton of Seminyak; his daughter-in-law Maria Zorn; his daughters, Carly of Ft and Hannah of Ft; and also Bali.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Episcopal Church Foundation, Ponte Vedra Beach or to the Jacksonville Humane Society in honor of his beloved, and loyal cats Sammy and Ellie.
