He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Dunlap (Hoy); his daughter Donna Ebke; and his parents, William Dunlap and Helen Dunlap. He is survived by: his children, Karen Balasaygun (Mehmet), David Dunlap (Sydney) and Kenneth Dunlap (Amy); his son-in-law Kirk Ebke; his grandchildren, Torie, Mark, Kaitlin, Kendra, Peter, Kiley and McKenzie; and his sister Elizabeth Wylott (Betty).
