He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Hinson and Mary Hinson; his brother Eugene Hinson; his daughters, Deborah Hinson and Sheila Hinson; and his granddaughter Jennifer Hinson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Hinson; his son James Curtis Hinson Jr.; his sisters, Mary Linda-Wood and Claudia Yancey; his grandchildren, James C Hinson III (Brandie), Zoe Messer (Cheylan Messer), Belinda Hall (Danny), Lacie Haarmann (Brett) and Heidi Reifsteck (Jake); and his great grandchild Philip Dague (Marilyn).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lohman Funeral Home (1201 Dunlawton Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
