He was predeceased by: his father Walter Carroll; his wife Janice Brown; and his siblings, Shirley, Genell, Lunell, Ed, Leroy and Roger.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jimmy Ray Carroll and Donald Carroll; and his children, Wilton Carroll Jr., Jason Carroll, Steven Carroll (Jennifer), Jerrimy Carroll, Kimberly Taylor, Denise McGowan (Shane), Elizabeth Hall and Dana Green (Jastyn). He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
