He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Aaron Scott and Merlin Commander Scott; his son Roy Eugene Scott; and his sister Roseann Eddy. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Scott; his children, William Ray Scott and Crystal McCullers (James); his grandchildren, Chloe Scott, Austin Scott, Johnathon Wilkerson, Mariah Wilkerson, Brittney Bracewell, Ashley Bracewell and Cason Scott; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Nevah and William; and his siblings, Aarron Scott (Ranada), William E. Scott, Dorothy Scott, Pauline Coleman (Ralph), Merl Goddin and Margaret Bradshaw (Charles).
