She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Williams and Mary Sasnett Williams; and her grandchildren, Caleb Ward and Brooklyn Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Albert Simmons; her children, David Ward, Hartley Ward (Sheila) and Albert "J. R."; her grandchildren, Breanna, Colby, Justin, Lilly, Wyatt, Brennan, Caylen, Robin and Jasmine; and her siblings, James Williams (Donna), Kathy Curry (Sonny), Patricia Bailey (Elbert), Margaret Birge (Mike) and Connie Nobles (Terry).
