He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Masonbrink and Thelma Masonbrink; his sisters, Theda, Diane and Karen; and his daughter Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Masonbrink; his brother Gary of Butler; his nieces and nephews, Troy (Dawn) of Indiana, Mark (April) of Indiana, Dean (Jess) of Indiana, Cherish Walters (Dennis) of Mississippi, Lesley Findley of Ponce, Jason Masonbrink of Ponce, Suzy Jette (Aaron) of Defuniak Springs, Joel Masonbrink (Jessica) of Ponce and Honorary; and his daughter Kaycee Weldon (Chris) of Defuniak Springs. He is also survived by 39 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
