He is survived by: his children, Michael Shane Truett (Sylvia) of Ponce, James Calvin Truett (Angie) of Empire and Annabel Pfister (Ryan) of Terre Haute, Indiana; the mother of his children Lucy Truett of Ponce; and his brothers, Clifton "Peanut" Truett (Janice) of West Bay and Billy Messer (Donna) of Ponce. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
