He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Carl Burnham and Swazey Roberts Burnham; his sister Cathy; and his niece April. He is survived by: his wife Linda Burnham; his sons, Kenneth, Tony and Archie (Melanie); his grandchildren, Michael, Elizabeth, Mallory, Fenix, Jasmine, Shine and Adrianna; his great grandchild Ford; his siblings, Carl, Kenny and Carol (Kena); and his aunt Peggy Campbell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Flowers are being accepted, or donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in Earl's honor.
