She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Ammons and Ethel Stewart Ammons; her husband Don Donaldson; her son Edwin Byrd; and her siblings, Vama Ward, Lou Smetters, Iris Ward, Alice Andrews, Burl Ammons and Doyle Lee Ammons.
She is survived by: her son Doyle Stephen Byrd; her grandson Anthony Byrd; and her sister Linda Byrd (Archie) of Ponce. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
