She is survived by: her husband Howard Simmons; her children, Amanda Burgess (Ernie), Tina Jackson, Johnny Glisson (Linda), James Howard Simmons and Kenneth Anthony Simmons; and her siblings, Mary Cosson (James), Betty Madore (Dan) and Billy Jo Messer (Donna). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and numerous extended family.
