He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover McMillan and Lulu Bell Graves McMillan; his wife Carolyn McMillan; his daughter Pam Marsh; and his siblings, Red McMillan, Marion McMillan, Pete McMillan, Bill McMillan, Bonnie McMillan, Johnnie Mae McMillan, Fannie "Tootsie" McMillan and Tennie McMillan.
He is survived by: his children, Jimi Carroll (William) and Bobby McMillan; his grandchildren, Stacey Frost (Eric), Austin Land (Stephanie), Steven McMillan (Candace) and Josh McMillan (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Paige, Nathan, Brylee, Wyatt, Victoria, McKenna and Lettie; and his siblings, Billy McMillan of Okeechobee, Florida, Martha Cook and Betty Dozier.
