He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tolbert and Narvel Mosley Tolbert; and his sister Beverly Russell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Tolbert; his children, Lamont Blackmon, Jamie Tolbert, Mendy Royals (Asa) and Taura Tolbert Peagler (Maurice); his grandchildren, Amante', Randi, Shannon, Cameron, Knoxx, Donte', Harley, Stonie and Ocean; and his brother Ronald Tolbert (Sherry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Regulators, which is a group of truckers who lend a helping hand to help fellow truckers or any family in need.
