He is survived by: his parents, Michael Dean Stout of Ponce de Leon, Florida and Sharon Ellen Johnson of Ponce de Leon, Florida; his siblings, Lisa Quigley (Hugh), Carlos Polanco (Ana), Daniel Polanco and Steven Stout (Stephanie); and his aunts, Kathy McBride and Sara Howell (Larry Howell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
