She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shirley and Beula Harrison Shirley; her husband JC Miller; and her sisters, Betty Howell and Margie Braddy.
She is survived by: her son Jonah Miller (Teresa) of Ponce; her sisters, Virginia Carroll of Ponce and Wilmoth Gorr of Pensacola; and her close friend Betty Blackmon of DeFuniak Springs. She is also survived by two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
