He is survived by: his children, David Vincent Tortora, Stephen Tortora (Christina) and Sarah Jane Tortora; his grandchildren, Gianna and Mikayla Tortora; his siblings, John Tortora (Dolores) and Margaret Barbaro (late Andrew); and his former wives, Penelope Starke Tortora and Nancy Cosenza Nussbaum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
