Russell Osborne Eckert Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Osborne Eckert of Pompano Beach, Florida, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 108. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his children, John and Marty. He is survived by: his sister Evelyn; his cousin Grace Frederick; his daughter-in-law Marianne; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Smith), Brian, Laura, Jeremy Cherone, Melissa Eckert and Dan Griffin; his great grandchildren, Grace, Lawson Smith and Sam Cherone; and his friends, Mary and Burton Brenner.
The family will meet at Gasch's Funeral Home at 1:00 on January 4th, followed by a brief graveside service at the Glenwood Cemetery in Washington D. C. Because of Covid there will not be a memorial service at this time.
