He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Bradford Blake and Caroline Mae Blake; and his siblings, Bruce L. Blake and Jo-Ann. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Blake; his daughter Juli Blake; his brothers, Bradford Wayne Blake and Philip D. Blake (Lydia); and his grandson Nikolas Robert Blake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
