He is survived by: his sister Rachel Lee Harvey; his stepmother Leather Carrol; his brothers, Arthur Swain, Jr., Calvin Harvey and Anthony Jerome Carroll; his nieces, Ada, Carlecia and Candie; his wife Vicki Harvey; his children, Richard Lee Harvey, Jr., Kings Lee Harvey, Taki Lee Harvey, Takaya Lee Harvey, Shahara Lee Harvey, Shania Lee Harvey and India Lee Harvey; his mother-in-law Patricia Dunton; his aunt Mattie Hargrett of Carrollton, GA; his sisters, Janice Smith (Roy) of Gainesville, FL, Sheila Griffin (Richard) of Richmond Hill, GA, Tommie Lee Harvey (Sampson) of Lauderdale Lakes, FL, Anita Swan of Nolanville, TX and Sabrina Banks (Frank) of Delray Beach, FL; his sisters-in-law, Cindy Mossley, Olivia Spears and Nadine Armani; his brothers, James Anthony Collins, Jr. (Denise) of Lauderhill, FL, Warren Carroll, Jr. (Angela) of Deerfield Beach, FL, Reginald of Deerfield Beach, FL, Cleveland (Mary Sue) of Deerfield Beach, FL, Dennis of Deerfield Beach, FL, Henry Carroll of Deerfield Beach, FL and Lawrence Carroll (Karen) of Boca Raton, FL; and his brothers-in-law, Sammie Lee Spears and Azon Dunton.
