She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarance Barry Lewis and Virginia Stephenson Lewis; her husband James Wesley Dean; her daughter Paula Calverio; and her siblings, Howard Lewis, Carolyn Williams, C. B. Lewis, Jr., Annie R. Johnson Unger and Earl D. Lewis.
She is survived by: her sisters, Juanita Lewis Bedell of Eustis, FL and Jennett Lewis Schooley of Fort Pierce, FL; her grandchildren, Leah McCarthy, Carrie Shotko, Jadelyn Kopf and Melissa Kopf; and her great grandchildren, Staci, Katie, Jack, Chloe, Cole, Jackie and Jody. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Swain Funeral Home (1632 Hatch Pkwy N, Baxley, GA 31513). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
