She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Denunzio. She is survived by: her children, Shari R. Anker, D. Michelle Cappa and Steven M. Smith; her grandchildren, D. Nicole Smith, Ashley M. Novicke, Kennady R. Smith and Anthony Cappa; and her great grandchildren, Nikya, Makayla Knight, Savannah, Ava and Emma Novicke.
Memorial Service: Patricia especially missed going to church during the COVID pandemic, thus, a mass said in her honor would be particularly meaningful to her.
