She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Marshall and Lela Maloy; her husband Roy Pierce; her daughter Penny Dunkelberger; and her brothers, Ellis Andrew Day and Loren Hariel Day.
She is survived by: her sisters, Clydie Mary McMichael, Lottie May Knight, Clorine Levenia Foster, Violet Lovie Foster and Ethel Marie Mimbs; her grandson Dan Dunkelberger; and her great grandchild Hunter Dunkelberger.
