She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John "Jack" William Slavik Sr.; her children, John William Slavik Jr. (Nancy), Albert Slavik (Faye), Tina Zappa (Mike) and Mary Slavik (Al); and her sister Tina Beyel (Harry). She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
