She was predeceased by: her father Hodge Black; and her husband Scott Phillips Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Annie Black; her siblings, Claudie Wilkins, Doris Lee, Glenda Johnson, Jerome Black, Rosalind Black, Tarrence Black, Lurlean Black and Arlene Leonard; her stepchildren, Monica McClease, Scott Phillips Jr. and Laquetta Phillips; and her grandson Dominick Miller. She is also survived by nieces nephews, cousins and spiritual brothers and sisters.
