He was predeceased by: his wife Ada Celia Rodriguez-Serrano; and his son-in-law John L. Evans. He is survived by: his children, Neftaly Lopez (Candida), Nidia Montalvo (Miguel), Judy Rodriguez (Octavio), Ada Evans, Manuel Serrano (Elizabeth) and Yolanda Alfonso (Jorge); and his great great grandchild His. He is also survived by His extended family included 5 sisters and 3 brothers as well as many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
