He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugennie Watkis and Harold Kelly (Saint Catherine Jamaica); and his brother Keith. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his siblings, Frederick, Desmond, Michael, Daniel, Vivine and Dorothy; and his children, Lance, Kingsley, Debbie, Ricky and Kesha.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (200 W Copans Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33064). Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kraeer Funeral Home & Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (200 W Copans Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33064).
