With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leroy G. Appell (Pompano Beach, Florida), who passed away on June 22, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Mark. He is survived by: his wife Jane Appell; and his children, Karl Appell (Connie), Susan Wilsey (Clint), Jennifer Appell and Michael Appell (Eliza). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (jdrf.org), the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org), or the Parkinson's Foundation (parkinson.org).
