He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schott and Claire Schott; and his siblings, Edward Schott, Robert Schott, Charles Schott and Marylou Schott McMarlin.
He is survived by: his wife Adria Troyan Schott; his daughter Tammie Schott Strickland (Bob Strickland) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Annie Strickland and Wes Strickland; his daughter Tracy Schott Ellis of Coconut Creek, FL; and his grandchildren, Grant Ellis (Kate Ellis), Kyle Ellis (Aubrey Ellis) and Emily Ellis. He is also survived by sisters in law and brother in law and nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (138 NE 1st St, Pompano Beach, FL 33063).
