He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Juan R Perez Sr. and Virginia Ruiz; his wife Margie Perez; his grandson James Treber; his stepchildren, Lucy Botello (Greg), Mario A. Felan (Orlinda) and Andy Felan; his siblings, Gilbert Perez, Raymond Perez, David Perez and Molly Perez; and his grandson Ricardo X. Yzaguirre Jr.. He was also cherished by Eight grandchildren, twenty five great grand children, & one nephew.
