He was predeceased by: his wife Gisele of Reynal; and his parents, Pierre Mifsud of Tunisia and Therese Cholette of Canada. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Louise Eldredge of Minnesota; his children, Pierre Mifsud (Marie-Claude Mifsud) and Veronique Verret (Erick Verret); his grandchildren, Sebastien Mifsud, Julien Verret, Sabrina Mifsud, Tristan Verret and Cedric Mifsud; and his sister Suzette Clement.
His business transitioned from Broward Construction to Florida Foundation Systems where he found great success.
