She is survived by: her parents, Stanley Gary and Anna Marie Gieralt; her sister Emily Gieralt; her grandfather Mickey Timan; her boyfriend Luke Anderson; and her pet Leonardo. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Special thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses of Broward Health Medical Center ICU in Fort Lauderdale and the staff of LAORA Life Alliance Organ Recovery Agency for their help and compassion. " In their last hour they gave a lifetime."Jackie will live in our hearts forever and through her donation she will give a chance for a better life for many.
