She was predeceased by: her husband Richard B. Eleck (Dick); her daughter Cheryl Lynn Haas (Sheri); her parents, Francis Mertes and Katherine Mertes; and her brother John (Jack).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Jr. Eleck (Elizabeth) and Holly Michalke (Mark); her brothers, Nicholas Mertes (Dorothy) and Eugene Mertes; her grandchildren, Lauren Amanfoh (Eric), Katherine Eleck, Alison Michalke (Ian), Rhianna Eleck and Mark Michalke; and her great grandchildren, Aiden and Olivia.
