He is survived by: his former wives, Clementine McLemore and Ruby Davis; his wife Ann; his children, Brenda Joyce Baker, Barbara Denise Baker, Charles Baker, Homer Baker, Jr. and John Baker (Russell Davis); his stepchildren, Audrey Battle, Clyde Battle (Lois) and Russell Davis (Morrosa); and his brother Roosevelt Baker (Sherri).
