He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Gelmine; and his son Peter Gelmine. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Imperato (Gabriel), Bonnie Gelmine and Steven Gelmine (Lisa); his daughter-in-law Gwen Gelmine; his grandchildren, Alexander, Ashley, Peter, Brittany and Christie; and his sister-in-law Joan Van Dyke.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mr. Gelmine's memory may be made to the American Heart Association, South Florida Chapter, 4000 Hollywood Blvd., Ste. 170-N, Hollywood, Florida 33021.
