He was predeceased by: his former wife Jobyna Davenport Pietrogallo (Jo); and his siblings, Carl, Jim, John, Mike, Pat, Tony, Katherine and Josie.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Lockwood Pietrogallo; his children, George Pietrogallo, Jr. (Alice), Thomas S. Pietrogallo and Timothy Allen Pietrogallo (Amy); his grandchildren, Alex, Courtney, Sam and Joe Pietrogallo; and his daughter-in-law Diana Pietrogallo.
