He was predeceased by: his parents, Altony Lee Sr. and Eva Pearl Kendrick Lee; his siblings, Sarah Lee, Emma Mae Lee Giles, Gloria Jean Lee Gosier and Roosevelt Lee Sr.; his brother-in-law Amos Giles; and also Damarcus Thompson.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Larhonda Gosier, Karen Giles, Eugene Giles, Gonzalez Gosier and Micheal Giles; his children, Tonya Lee (Nelson) of Ocala, Alvin Lee (Tennille) of Ft. Lauderdale and Gary Lee Jr. (Melanie) of Ft. Lauderdale; his grandchildren, Timothy Goldwire of Ft. Lauderdale, Michele Frazier of Ocala, Clyde Frazier of Ocala, Thegari Lee of Ft. Lauderdale, Miariah McWhite of Ft. Lauderdale and Giselle Lee of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.; his great grandchildren, Paris Session and Karter Session; his brothers, Altony Lee Jr. (Althea) of Palm Aire and Bobby Lee of Ft. Lauderdale; his brothers-in-law, Tom Gosier and Oscar Giles Sr.; and his sisters, Mary Lee Giles of Ft. Lauderdale, Ozzie Lee Swain (Willie) of Coral Springs, Dorothy Lee of Titusville and Joann Lee Jordan (Kennely) of Ft. Lauderdale. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
