He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Colacchio and Olivette Colacchio; and his siblings, Antoinette Hall and Anthony Colacchio. He is survived by: his wife Josephine DiSanto; his brother Robert Colacchio; and his children, Phine, Ed, Tina, Rich, Mari and Fred. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, and his 13 great-grandchildren.
