He is survived by: his children, Theresa Nichols (David), James Willard (Linda) and Sandra Stevenson (Rob); his grandchildren, Joseph Nichols, Elizabeth Lyon, Colin Nichols and Jeffrey Willard; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Olivia and Gianna.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
