It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Bland of Pompano Beach, Florida, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Gagner Bland and Dr. Milton H. Bland; and his sister Susan Moore (John) of Virginia Beach. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph W. Bland (Naomi) of Norfolk and Milton Bland, Jr. (Cindy) of Statesville, NC. He is also survived by 5 nieces and 2 nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Norfolk SPCA, 916 Ballentine Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23504.
