She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kelsey and Ann Hankinson Kelsey; and her siblings, David Kelsey, E. Jane Cecelski and Marilyn Anderson. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
