Emch of Pompano Beach, Florida, born in Morenci, Michigan, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Emch and Mary Emch (Mellott). He is survived by: his daughters, Cloann Harris (Carl) of Bridgeville, DE, Colleen Gier (Harry) of Virginia Beach and Cheryl Kiefer (Terry) of Jackson, MO; and his siblings, Judy Sutherland of Morriston and Douglas Emch (Fran) of Howell, MI. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

“I worried when I didn't get an answer or call back from his cell phone. Besides missing Chuck, I will miss the phone calls, as well as his visits. We taught together, coached together, got in some trouble together, were insurance agents together, and he was a good, good friend. We never got together without some really good laughs. I know that he loved his family and talked about them often. I also know that they returned that love, especially in his last days. A life well lived.”
