He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy June Clevenger and Jimmy Lee Clevenger. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Clevenger; his grandchildren, Jaiden Clevenger, Liana Clevenger and Maya Clevenger; his brothers, Jimmy Clevenger, David Clevenger (Sandy Clevenger) and Richard Clevenger (Paula Wagner); and also, Ramsey Clevenger (Christina Clevenger), Christopher Clevenger (Christine Clevenger), Sarah Clevenger and Ryan Clevenger. He is also survived by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a supportive network of extended family.
The family kindly requests that any donations in Chuck's honor be made to "The Wounded Warrior Project" or "St. Jude's Children's Hospital.".
