She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Baldwin and Mildred Smith (Butterfield). She is survived by: her husband C. Raymond "Ray" Cook; her children, Brian Scott Cook (Tiffany) and Karin L. Cook; her grandchildren, William Scott "Wil" Cook and Emily Taylor Cook; her siblings, Russell Smith (Bette), Rodger Smith (Mary) and Sharon Ward; and her in-laws, Larry Cook (Sharon) and Mary Cook Entrialgo (late Luis). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
