He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Clayton Phillips and Ethridge "Buck" Phillips; his son Rodney A Davis; and his brother Ethridge Phillips Jr. Bishop Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Apostle Earnestine Davis Cooper; his children, Eugene Cooper III, Mareka Davis, Terry Cooper, Morris Cooper, Deniece Marshall (Donnie), Love Facyson and Darriss Cooper (Tamieka); and his grandchildren, Deandra Davis, Emerald Cooper, Ethan, Ervohnna Marshall (Twins), Endia Cooper, Emanual Marshall, Kristian Cooper, Karson Cooper, Erin Facyson, Demarcus McQueen and Demani McQueen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins.
