Bernard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Sachs and Bertha Sachs. He is survived by : his wife Joan King Sachs; his children, Lawrence Sachs (Jill), Harrison Sachs (Sarah) and Jennifer Sachs (Bill Maggs); his brothers, Daniel Sachs and Alvin Sachs (Marcia); his grandchildren, Amy Sachs (Spenser Frieri), Michelle Sachs (Edward Klitenick), Liam Maggs, Jeremy Sachs, Mica Maggs and Kaia Sachs; and his great grandchild Simon Frieri.

A funeral service was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208). A shiva was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at the Family Residence (3621 Woodvalley Dr, Pikesville, MD 21208).
