She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Lakin and Claretta Lakin (Griffiths); her former husband George Cook; her husband Walter Oshinsky (Bill Irwin); her grandchildren, George Joseph Cook III and Tiffany Nichole Alcorn; her great grandchild Jordan Cook; her children-in-law, Ross Piraino, Wendy and Patricia Cook; and her siblings, Delbert Earl Lakin and Evelyn Fiori.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Lynn Piraino, George Joseph Cook Jr. (Carol), Michael Earl Cook, Robert Alan Cook (Karen), Kathy Joanne Partsch (Terry) and Michelle Renee Cook; and her sister Phyllis Lakin. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 3, great great grandchildren.
