It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Shamblin (Pomona Park, Florida), born in Gainesville, Florida, who passed away on July 9, 2019, at the age of 16, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Amy Moore (Rob) of Pomona Park and Kris Brian Shamblin of Ocala; his siblings, Kristian Sherlin of Canton, NC, Veronica Shamblin of Pomona Park, Audrey Shamblin of Ocala and Leo Shamblin of Ocala; his grandparents, Karen Barber of Lake Toxaway, NC, Don, Grace Bakos of Cedar Rapids, MI, David Batchelder of Wyoming, MI and Kim Nelson of Wyoming, MI; his aunt Shari Chapman (Steve) of Lake Toxaway, NC; his uncle Anthony Bakos (Darcy Hall) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his nephew Xander Sherlin of Canton, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent in Paul's honor to Camp I Am Special, 235 Marywood Dr., St. Johns, FL 32259.
