He is survived by: his fiancé Roxann Walker; his children, Katherine Willard of Decatur, AL, James Willard (Heather) of Orlando and Matt Willard of Harrison, AR; his stepchildren, Dawn Hart (Harold) of Palatka, Donna Wade of Palatka and Holly Zerbe of Palatka; and his siblings, Kenny Willard (Barbara), Andrea Kirklin (Jerry), Kellie Heath (Ben) of Coeur, Tamy Martin (Jason) of Asbury Lake and Tiffany Heath of Gainesville. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
