He is survived by: his brothers, Jimmie DePew, Gary DePew, Norman DePew and Thomas DePew; his fiancée Barbara Swiger of Crescent City, Florida; his sons, Jimmie DePew of Satsuma and Shannon DePew (Nicky) of San Mateo, Florida; his siblings, Beatrice Pitts of Satsuma, Beverly Bakes (Robbie) of Elgin, Illinois, Charles DePew of Welaka and Curtis Freese of Crescent City, Florida; his grandchildren, Darrien Garrett and Dylan DePew; and his great grandchild Camden Decker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
